Our Chef
Cape House Chef Jeremy Wilbur was locally grown 10 minutes from here in the community of New Horton. After leaving home he attended the Culinary Institute of Canada in P.E.I. where he learned the skills he needed to start his career in the culinary industry. Jeremy has spent a major portion of his career working in the Canadian Rockies however he also travelled abroad, working and training in such countries as New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. He is Happy to be settled in at home and would like to welcome you to all the wonderful things New Brunswick has to offer.
Armadale Farm Dairy Products
Established in 1992 in Roachville N.B. by Dairy farmers Ian and Hetty Smyth. This dedicated team started out producing dairy products for friends and family alone and only later began selling wholesale due to the demand for their high quality unique product. All products are made from 100% natural dairy products gathered from their flink of Holstein cows.

Down East Coffee Roasters
Down East Coffee Roasters is owned and operated by a family of entrepreneurs. Since 1996, they have been providing friendly service and extraordinary coffee to businesses across Canada from their Notre-Dame-Kent location. They recently opened a new roasting house in Moncton, at the corner of St George Blvd and Mount Royal, and invite you to drop by either location.

Shepody Pheasant Preserve
Lynn and Claude Dixon are native New Brunswickers who, with their five children have been running a family cattle farm since 1975. The plan for Shepody Pheasant Preserve came about in 1989 and opened that year with three hunting zones and 500 birds. Since then, the reserve has grown and also provides eggs turkeys and pheasants to local business and markets.

Tansy Lane Herb Farm
Inspired by generations of her family who farmed the land at Cape Enrage, Carole Coleman (Milburn) opened Tansy Lane Herb Farm in Albert Mines in 2000. She started making products with the fruit and wild plants of the area. The business has expanded to fill a quaint shop in her 1870's farmhouse with all her natural products. Her teas have become an ever expanding line.

Fundy Fishing Industry
With a fleet of 17 boats, and a village population of just over 300 people, the fishing community is a driving force behind Alma. Although the fishing season for both Scallop and Lobster are limited to months and
sometimes weeks the crew works all year round. Meeting regulations and quotas these fish are brought ashore and sold throughout the village or shipped along the eastern seaboard. Fishing here is some ofthe best in the Maritimes so try some today.
